The Real Estate Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Responsibilities: • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth • Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers • Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies • Keeping the company CRM up to date and the website current via blogging and new/innovative content • Experience with Canva, Chat GTP and MailChimp Qualifications: • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills • Develop new concepts based on input • B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
