Salary: This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $121,715.00 - $194,744.00 /year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.

Salary max: $150,000.00

As the Director of Digital Acquisition Partners you will be responsible for leading our digital e-tailer strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and retail partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our online presence, optimize our relationship with digital retailers, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive digital retailer strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the digital retail landscape to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the digital retailer strategy into the broader marketing and sales plans
  • Digital Retailer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key digital retailers, platforms, and marketplaces
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure optimal terms, visibility, and placement of our products on partner websites, centers and win mindshare
  • Collaborate with retail partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotions
  • E-commerce Optimization: Develop strategies to improve the customer journey, user experience, and conversion rates on digital retailer platforms
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement tactics to enhance online shopping experiences
  • Performance Analysis: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to assess the success of digital retailer initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas of success and opportunities for refinement. Make data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements based on performance analysis
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior. Use market insights to proactively adjust the digital retailer strategy to maintain relevance and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for digital retailer initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online retail channels, and digital marketing tactics
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing analytics to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a history of successfully managing teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to envision long-term goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software for analytics, reporting, and project management
