Marketing & Communications Manager

We are actively seeking a results-oriented and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies, overseeing comprehensive communication efforts, and managing our online presence to align with our organization's objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to drive lead generation, using tools like Google Ads and HubSpot for account-based marketing strategies, targeted and retargeted advertisingOrganize, promote, and host webinars that engage our target audience and build brand awarenessCreate compelling, SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring consistency in message and tone across all channelsManage the organization's online presence, including website updates, overseeing social media accounts, and curating an engaging blogMonitor and analyze marketing and communications performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to maximize resultsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing and communication efforts align with overall business objectivesCultivate and sustain relationships with media, industry organizations, and strategic partnersStay current on industry trends and innovations, incorporating them into our marketing and communication strategies as relevantRequirements:

5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a digital agency environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent project management and organizational skillsProficiency with content management systems, social media, email marketing, and analytics toolsExperience with HubSpot, Ads platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar toolsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
