our workplace, enabling you to support our team through flexible workplace arrangements that provides the ability for a remote work option.General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Product Marketing Manager of Secure Network and Voice Products (SNVP). This position will be responsible for implementing the go-to-market strategy for the SNVP portfolio within Cyber Systems, including creating marketing materials that communicate product features, and developing the marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with several functional teams within the organization including Product Management, Strategic Communications, Solutions Architects and Sales to identify growth opportunities and maximize return on investment of the organization’s SNVP portfolio. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s fundamental defense services. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:Market Intelligence: Conduct market and competitor research and analyses to stay knowledgeable of network and voice encryption trends and industry news that will drive product fit optimization and differentiation. Research U.S. Government budgets to identify new markets and funding.Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and support projects required for successful campaigns via multiple channels for all stages of product lifecycle from product concept and ROI analysis, through go-to-market launches and end of life strategies.Messaging: Define messaging strategy and create value based positioning statements that resonate with target market and personas.

Build cohesive and consistent messaging across all collateral and presentations to promote our capabilities.Content Generation: Create, manage, and distribute collateral and content.

Generate “free press” by engaging customers with creative content designed for online platforms, whitepapers, webinars, videos, infographics, etc.Sales Enablement: Assist with the development of sales tools including pricing strategies and documents, datasheets, product briefs and FAQs.Event Positioning: Assist with planning and execution of product portfolio presence at industry events and GD-hosted user conferences including presentation and demonstration development.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to take technical concepts and translate them into meaningful terms that resonate with target markets and personas and explain competitive differentiation.Innovative and creative mindset to develop go-to-market strategies and marketing plans, as well as analytical skills to measure success of marketing campaigns.Desire to contribute and collaborate as a team player while leading projects to completion from strategy development through execution of tactics.Works both independently and collaboratively with different elements of a business organization.Proficient knowledge of government contracting practices and regulations regarding acquisition.Very strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel 30%.Note: The compensation information listed is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
