Company Overview:

At GST, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing strategy, corporate branding, client events, and vendor relationships. This position places a strong emphasis on event planning, content development, customer acquisition, and creative graphics.

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator at GST, your primary responsibility will be to execute a wide range of marketing and communication initiatives. This will involve marketing administration, event management, content creation, graphic design, case studies, and digital campaigns. Additionally, you'll support the coordination of meetings, conferences, seminars, and various corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing brand management, customer acquisition, communication, and content creation.

- Collaborate with vendors on marketing development funds, co-sponsorship of events, and customer acquisition strategies.

- Prepare written materials, including marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts.

- Design and craft content for a variety of materials, such as brochures, product one-sheets, and sales materials. You will also participate in presentations to sales teams & and vendor teams at events.

- Draft engaging and informative content, including briefs, blog posts, press releases, and talking points to communicate company news effectively.

- Take an active role in organizing events, from site visits and invitations to event coordination and post-event surveys.

- Manage all aspects of marketing events and meetings, including negotiating event spaces, serving as an onsite liaison, overseeing check-in, and ensuring smooth event cleanup.

- Handle various administrative tasks, including tracking marketing finances, processing check requests, handling invoicing, and generating reports.

- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website to ensure it reflects our latest offerings and information.

- Provide support for other marketing and sales-related tasks and duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience.

- Proficiency in using marketing platforms and social media to drive marketing initiatives.

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the latest marketing software and tools.

- The ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, customers, and the general public.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective messaging.

- Exceptional graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials.
