UI Developer
( Angular UI - 70 % AND Java 30 %)
for a long-term contract opportunity.
REQUIRED SKILLS:Full stack- Angular, CSS, html (70% UI, 30% java) more UI focused rolesAPI integration with angular and java debuggingCreating W2 Payroll portal and UI developer will work closely with UX team to create a UI portal. Angular 6+ experience required
EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED:
8+ years of recent professional front end and backend software development experience (not freelance / hobby experience)Solid understanding of fundamental programming conceptsSolid understanding of fundamental Javascript conceptsSolid understanding of testing concepts and experience using Jasmine, Jest, or similar BDD testing frameworkAngular 6 + experience using Typescript or ES2015+ (Angular JS 1.x, React, Vue JS a plus)Familiar with Web Components (Stencil, Polymer, Angular Elements)Familiar with HTML5, CSS3, and SASS or LESS, responsive designBackend development experience with Java and Rest APIsExperience working with AWS Cloud and its technologies (like S3, Lambda etc.) is big plusExperience building web applications that interface with enterprise backend systems via REST API's & Web SocketsExperience with reactive programming concepts and RxJSExperience with automated browser testing using Cypress, Protractor, Selenium, etc.Experience facilitating code reviews, code quality checksExperience working with Product Owners to plan future work for the teamExperience collaborating with UX using Design Systems
HOW YOU'LL STAND OUT:
Familiar with Functional programming & Software Design PatternsFamiliar with working in an Agile / SCRUM environmentFamiliar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Artifactory)Must effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant team membersStrong communication, presentation, and organization skillsMust be able to work independently, or in a team setting
