As Director of Product Marketing for Codebeamer, you will be responsible for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market support for PTC's portfolio of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions. Codebeamer is a new generation ALM solution that simplifies complex product and software engineering at scale. It enables users to accelerate the development of software intensive products through requirements, risk, and test management.

In this role, you will work with leaders in Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, Sales, and Channel Partnerships/Alliances to build a holistic Codebeamer marketing strategy that drives market demand, builds pipeline, and supports value-driven executive buyer conversations. You will set the positioning to address market segments and competitive differentiators, then engage with our Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to ensure these customer-centric messages reach the market. In partnership with the broader Commercial Marketing organization, you will assess and report out on Codebeamer's marketing performance and work to optimize marketing spend to raise awareness, move customers along the buyer's journey, and maximize results.

Day-To-Day:

Defining/refining messaging, positioning, and target persona profiles for Codebeamer based on industry trends, solution enhancements, and customer feedbackCollaborating with colleagues across PTC's portfolio to tell a compelling Digital Thread story and build a cohesive customer experience across multiple online & offline delivery channelsWorking with stakeholders across Commercial Marketing and ALM Segment to develop marketing and sales enablement content to support Codebeamer Channel Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and strategic Sales/Channel programsCommunicating marketing plans and performance cross-functionally, improving understanding of impact for stakeholders outside of MarketingAnalyzing marketing performance and identifying areas of opportunity for improved collaboration, increased agility, and refined messaging and campaign tacticsManaging spend against targets, prioritizing resource allocation in support of segment strategies, business priorities, and marketing goalsWhat You Bring:

Deep Product Marketing expertise, with a strategic growth mindset - and a proven track record of developing product positioning, messaging, and persona profilesExperience helping grow industrial technology companies and marketing software in recurring revenue / SaaS businessesDemonstrable domain knowledge of the application lifecycle management space, including requirements and risk management, regulatory compliance, and agile methodologies, as well as industry knowledge in automotive and medicial devicesAdvanced knowledge of modern marketing methods, metrics, and toolsSelf-motivated "doer" with a curious disposition; capable of multitasking in a dynamic environmentDetail and results-oriented approach; skilled at strategy, planning, and hands-on executionAbility to build strong cross-functional relationshipsExperience and comfort with presenting to senior leadership, both within and outside of MarketingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInclusive, collaborative approach to workingComfort working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders across the ALM segment and PTCExperience utilizing data, analytics, and tools to support and enhance marketing strategyStrong leadership, collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills
