The

Manager, Innovation Brand Marketing

will be focused on driving our annual brand plan and establishing a new innovation process within the organization. With innovation at the core of our culture, we're looking for someone who is always challenging the status quo and excited to provide data insights while testing new cutting-edge strategies and tactics.

A successful candidate will bring an analytical perspective via internal and external data sources to the team. The person should have experience in establishing and leading processes across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Aid in establishing a 3 year brand plan and roadmap and own the planning process via ongoing updates.Drive MBR/QBR process across channels through creation of templates, share outs, updates and calendarization of meetings. Own the strategy planning calendar: manage timelines, cross-functional planning meetings, and innovation pipeline meetings.Actively own the brand strategy and planning process. Ongoing engagement across teams (including finance, operations, merchandising and product development) to develop strategies laddering up to overall brand goals.Establish and support a new innovation process within the organization. Leverage resources like syndicated data, shopper and consumer insights, and business/consumer, category and industry trends to help make decisions and collaborate cross-functionally enabling team to drive brand growth.Partner with go to market lead in development of strong integrated marketing campaigns to bring innovations to market building brand awareness and driving customer funnel conversionsWork closely with integrated marketing teams to define innovation KPIs and report out on ongoing performance across initiativesRequirements

Qualifications:

3-5 years of brand management experience, ecommerce, and DTC a plus.Analytical skills and attention to detail.An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to consumer behaviorCreativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.Ability to collaborate and lead across multi-functional teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Degree in Research, Economics, or Analytics a plus

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
