Be the expert on market intelligence and the competitive landscape, understanding our competition's positioning.Lead research efforts to understand customer segments, pain points, and preferences, while analyzing industry trends and competition.Develop business cases in partnership with product managers to help inform investment decisions and revenue growth opportunities.Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to improve products and influence development decisions.Own, plan and manage product launches and releases, coordinating cross-functional implementation.Document our buyer's process and drive sales and marketing process improvements based on insights, in order to better execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness and acquire customers.Track and analyze key performance metrics related to the product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, then own the read-out to the executive leadership team.Develop marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team to retain and acquire new customers.Monitor competitors' activities, product offerings, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities and challenges for the products.

Education/Experience:A minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for SaaS products.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.Proven project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.Familiarity with CRM, Market Automation and WebAnalytics toolsExperience using Product Analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Pendo), Collaboration and Project Management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)Familiarity with Customer Feedback and Survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)Experience with Competitor Analysis tools (e.g., SEMrush, SimilarWeb) and Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid).
