Summary:
Drape Kings is looking for an exceptionally creative hands-on Digital Marketing & Design Manager whose conceptualizing skills are as strong as their design skills. In this position you will help to develop and systemize our brand expression as we expand our branding, products, and marketing ecosystem. Strong CRM skills and use of digital tools to enable company to reach its customer and revenue growth goals. You will also conceptualize, design, and implement a wide range of creative projects.
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly flexible and collaborative, respond quickly to feedback, and evolving needs, hit deadlines, and adjust on the fly while maintaining standards of quality, design requirements, and branding guidelines. You will have worked cross functionally with sales teams and finance teams to demonstrate marketing impact and ROI.
You will be tasked with developing work that is both timely and timeless, fun, and focused, on-brand and outside the box. The goal is to inspire, attract and engage with our growing client base leading to increased business.
We are a company with three major brands that often get marketed together. You must be able to work with these three brands and their individual designs while still being able to tie them together as one cohesive story.
Responsibilities:
Design & Vision:Produce, edit, and enhance graphics for multiple mediumsDesign and implement Email blasts, Banner ads, social media posts and sell sheetsTake our brands' existing aesthetics and expand it, bringing your own design language to the table to assist in modernizing our brand imageManage all aspects of website including design, development, content management, and operational technical issuesCreate design concepts and collateral for Trade ShowsProvide designs support for sales and product managers including creating content for new product launches utilizing writing, photography and videography skillsMarketing:
Design, QC, and launch email marketing campaigns from start to finishDesign and post social media posts that increase website traffic and grow our engagementCreate and manage a social media and marketing calendar aligning with product managers and sales teamsConvert web site visitors to customers using a combination of graphic design, marketing, and SEO strategies.Write effective press releases to generate positive media coverage.Qualifications:
BFA or BA in Marketing, Design, or Equivalent5-7 years of related experience (in house or agency)Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, but also Illustrator, InDesignAdvanced knowledge of WordPressA strong understanding of HTML and CSSExperience in Website and landing page optimizationFamiliarity with FTPFamiliarity with CRM softwareAbility to create marketing communication pieces including web, print and social mediaAbility to design and build responsive emailsExperience managing digital assetsHave a mindset for optimization when dealing with all marketing materialsHave a modern, clean aesthetic with acute attention to detailHave proven experience in creating market/branded-focused emailsBasic understanding of SEO and how it relates to images and videoStrong organizational skills and the desire and motivation to improve upon current processesThe desire and ability to switch from a collaborative team player to a stand-out leader who brings new ideas to the discussion tableExtreme organizational ability, whether working on a last-minute on-the-fly project or a long-game projectAdditional skills that will set you apart:

Drape Kings is a nationwide event services specializing in rental and manufacturing of pipe and drape equipment, as well as AV-Drop Modular Backdrop Systems, primarily for live events. Along with full-service installation, other theatricals include Kabuki Reveals, traveler tracks, Step and Repeats, event carpet, and many related scenic elements.
With the core business in the event pipe and drape arena, projects can range from basic drape masking to revealing a building facade. The more recent addition of the globally accepted AV-Drop System allows Drape Kings to offer complete event solutions.
