Job Description:
45% Owning and Executing Social Media Strategy and Content
Executing, optimizing and growing organic social media channels
Interacting with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
Adjust and optimize campaign performance after analyzing performance data.
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Measure ROI and KPIs such as open rate, CTR, bounce rate and unsubscribe rate, and report on enrollment generated from or influenced by social media email marketing efforts
45% Owning and Executing Enrollment Email Marketing
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
Execute and optimize the consumer conversion process and funnel (lead, inquiry, application, conversion/enrollment)
Adjust and optimize campaign performance after analyzing performance data.
Improve the conversion funnel through A/B testing and recommend improvements for growth
Measure ROI and KPIs such as engagement and follower base and report on enrollment generated from or influenced by social media email marketing efforts
Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
Analyzing the company’s email strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, web design, web development, computer science or related field
Two years of related experience, which could include managing organizational social media accounts and email campaigns, with mix of content creation and analytic driven approach
Proven experience creating a dynamic email and social media strategy and executing on it.
Experience working with and leveraging the power of CRM systems.
Copywriting experience.
Project management experience.
Experience working under tight deadlines

The Digital Marketing Strategist manages the Enrollment Marketing social media channels and executes the email marketing strategy to tell the university story and engage with prospective students to convert them into enrolled students. This includes creating content designed for unique social media channels, engaging in digital, two-way conversations with various audiences, and growing our audience and overall brand awareness. You will also be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes executing audience-focused and customized email campaigns, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging audience and data insights to dynamically adjust campaigns to increase effectiveness and conversion rates.
The ideal Digital Marketing Strategist would have experience managing organizational social media accounts and email campaigns utilizing a data-driven and analytical approach. They would also have experience creating dynamic and engaging graphics and digital content tailed to different social media channels and email content.
