We are currently seeking a successful and experienced Marketing Coordinator to help us mentor junior coordinators and lead our marketing efforts.

A/E/C industry
background and have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. The position is located in Charlotte, NC.Objectives for the Senior Marketing Coordinator
Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy
Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
Support the development and maintenance of company websites and social media
Build and maintain involvement in professional and community organizations
Act as the marketing point of contact for new project pursuits
Work with business development and operations team to produce high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials
Monitor proposal content for compliance and quality for final review by Marketing Manager
Develop and maintain a library of marketing content, reusable assets, and templates to streamline the proposal development process
Update and maintain project and personnel information in CRM database
Manage team resumes to ensure all experience and qualifications are up to date
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing staff
Additional duties based on areas of strength/interest/need
Qualifications for the Senior Marketing Coordinator
Minimum 8 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
2+ years of proposal development experience desired in the
A/E/C
industry
Thorough understanding of
A/E/C
industry terminology and procedures
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant experience
Effective communication and project management abilities
Meticulous attention to detail, particularly related to proofreading and grammar usage
Excellent time management skills and the ability to drive proposal deadlines and experience tracking efforts and meeting benchmarks
Demonstrate a high level of creativity using graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to improve communication in written documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
