Building on the success of Flexsteel’s 130+-year-old brand is integral to our organizational strategy. The Graphic Designer will lead the development of marketing materials and content for all Flexsteel Industries, Inc. brand initiatives.
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our visual brand identity and leading/executing the design process of our collateral materials, showroom and retail signage, packaging, and more. This role will work to maintain online and offline content in support of Flexsteel’s overall Marketing objectives, keeping in mind whether retail or consumer audiences. The Graphic Designer is the champion of our brands, executing content for all target audiences.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Owns the development of all print and digital media including but not limited to collateral, POS, catalogs, advertising, presentations, instructions, packaging, websites, and emailsUtilizes creative thinking to produce new ideas and effective design solutions from concept to completionParticipates in brainstorming and conceptualizing meetingsDevelops design concepts to meet objectives and design brief requirementsPartner with creative agencies where neededSupports the development and execution of Marketing deliverables for Flexsteel’s New Product Development Process for product launches, line expansions and discontinuationsStrong skills in multi-tasking, time management, organization and communicationStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.Impressive style: pro-active, energetic, creative, optimisticCore Competencies:
