Overview
Serve as the technical anchor for the CRM Dealer Portal product team
Lead effort to migrate Dealer Portal from GCCT (existing USD application) to CX-Hub (newly launched CSW application)
Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal websites using Power Pages
Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, forms, and views to meet business requirements
Develop C# based plugin code for complex logical calculations and deployment using Plugin Registration Tool
Implement REST web APIs to integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications
Collaborate with software developers, business, and architects to plan, design, and maintain two applications
Lead daily development team meetings, code reviews, and mentor team members on coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, production issues, and identify root causes
Work with DevOps team and Solution Architects for deployment and data governance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Extensive experience (10+ years) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Configuration and Customization
Experience in leading a technical team in a Microsoft Dynamics environment
Strong background in API development, including REST APIs and Azure integration
Proficiency in Power Automate, Azure, C#, and JavaScript
Knowledge of SQL Server for database schema design, stored procedures, and data import/export
Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control tools (TFS, Git, Azure DevOps)
Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and interpersonal communication
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics and programming languages
