Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
Marketing Manager, Specialty Pharmacy
We are looking for a strategic marketing manager who can define and develop marketing strategies for our specialty pharmacy products and programs throughout their life cycles to drive growth of our pharmacy business. This candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs and spearheading market research to inform marketing strategies across several audiences. This position requires a highly motivated, self-driven team player with the ability to partner with stakeholders from multiple departments to meet objectives.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Builds specialty pharmacy product marketing strategies, marketing plans and go-to-market campaigns.
Leads development of marketing collateral and omni-channel sales tools to support marketing plans.
Partner with specialty product, clinical, and research teams to assess the competitive landscape for emerging trends and opportunities.
Develop enterprise marketing strategies, ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy.
Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmacy marketing and/or PBM experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, project management skills and analytical skills.
