Design Integration Manager
(Level K) to support
VC-25B
program in
Tukwila, WA or San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed locations.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To
meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience
Experience in interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements
Experience working with existing interior/exhibit design theories and practices (e.g., structural design and integrity, ergonomics, lighting, materials, portability, safety, CAD rendering)
Experience in the development, design or manufacture of aircraft interiors
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Aircraft / Aerospace industry experience working in a manufacturing environment
Bachelors of Science (or greater) from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or other technical degree
The ability to obtain or holds an Active Top-Secret Clearance is preferred.

Summary pay range:
Tukwila, WA - Min: $135,150 – Max: $182,850
San Antonio, TX – Min: $126,650 – Max: $171,350
