JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with project teams to design and deliver high quality client-centered, effective, consistent and usable interfaces.Work closely with business analysts, business sponsors, project managers and IT teams to obtain and understand business requirements.Create the design of user interface specifications, by applying client research, design standards, industry best practices, considering strategic business objectives, user needs, and systems constraints.Participate in design review sessions with project teams, acquiring consensus and getting approvals on designs and documentation.Execute business acceptance test cases and testing.Work with the project managers to ensure that usability deliverables accommodate project timelines, budgets, technical and scope constraints.Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of efficient and effective usability methodology/process, documentation, workflow, ROI, metrics, and design standards.Act as a user experience advocate regarding principles of user experience and user-centered design.Engage in discovery and research of voice of customer, customer needs, analytics, requirements across industries and customer roles to deliver an end-to-end, holistic customer experience.Support the evolution of the customer experience.Develop the CX portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture with Sr. Architects to integrate roadmaps with application product plans to drive towards common, unified experiences to drive adoption.Interact with a cross-functional team and drive customer experience strategy and best practices to implement applications and platforms while maintaining a cohesive end-to-end experience.Participate in delivery of projects, work through the many obstacles along the way across multiple teams, roles (UI/UX designers, business analysts, product owners, etc.Support the production of concept service designs and/or participate in the creation of artifacts by domain architects and implement personas, journey maps, storyboards, etc.Support auditors to govern design guidelines.Stay current with innovative improvements/processes available in the larger world of experience design.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:HS Graduate and /or GED) with 10+ years’ experience.Associate’s degree with 5+ years’ experience.Bachelor’s degree in human factors/usability or related field.Master’s degree with 4+ years’ experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:2-4 years UX design experience.( Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments 2 years of experience with design tools such as Figma (required 1+ years), Sketch and other UX/UI software Comfortable working autonomously with product and engineering teams. )2+ year exp designing complex systems or applications.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.Diligent planning, attention to detail, great communication, and efficient decision making.Strong passion and hands-on technical experience.
