HybridMain details and requirements:Music or Streaming company experience - should be savvy in pop-culture and have a pulse of the latest and greatest trends.Team of 10-12Supporting Consumer MarketingIn-house experience preferred but Agency-side experience is okay depending on the types of clients and brands they've worked onWorked with high-touch events. i.e. $50,000 dinner for 25 influential personalitiesThis team is EXECUTIONAL. The business will denote ideas, budgets and lay-outThey ideally will be Project Managing the events acting as an Account Manager interfacing heavily with key internal stakeholdersLead Experiential Events and acted as key driver in the execution as opposed to just one functionUnderstand XFN collaboration and demonstrate success in a matrixed organizationCreative marketer who can straddle both experiential strategy andExecutional efforts to bring the story of our global community to life through experiencesPromotional campaigns that connect artists, creators and fans, globallyExperience managing cross functional workflow and shaping global brand marketing stories as a part of the full-cycle processes and executionResponsibilities:Develop comprehensive, strategic and compelling experiential marketing ideas and lead executional campaigns that ladderCollaborate across the Global Marketing org and a team of experts across experiential, brand, creative, social media, comms, media, music and a variety of business disciplinesSolid and well-rounded background rooted in experiential marketingOwn experiential projects end-to-end and set up transparent workflows with partners, internal stakeholders and artists/creators while working closely withMarketing Managers and XFN leads to build out scalable experiences and amplification plans to ensure every activation has industry and consumer reachMust be able to own experiential production end-to-end and set up transparent workflows with partners, internal stakeholders and artists/creators while working closely with Marketing Managers to build out scalable experiences and amplification plans to ensure every activation has industry and consumer reachManage budgets and internal and external resources efficientlyBuild and share presentations and documents that communicate team and project performance and recommendations to senior stakeholdersBuild and own relationships with best-in-class experiential partners including third-party vendors, agencies, tentpole event promoters and event organizers.Have a strong understanding and ability to manage complex event budgets, timelines and schedules.Support stakeholder teams in setting the strategy for key cultural moments and platforms, laddering up to engagement and brand love goals.
