This individual is responsible for creating and executing part family IT solutions leveraging data, insights, and IT and digital tools to unlock growth, enable synergies, and create better outcomes for our customers and employees. Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will: Create or leverage contemporary technology solutions that enable business and enterprise outcomes, requiring leadership, coaching, coordination, and execution of part family IT projects aligned with global IT strategy. You will act as a facilitator, mentor, project manager, business analyst, and advisor to ensure high-quality implementations and ongoing support. Develop and lead IT vision and execution for the part family to improve outcomes for customers and employees. Partner to foster a culture of simplification, leveraging IT solutions to drive business value and solution entitlement. Collaborate with business process owners and stakeholders to improve or create KPI dashboards, leverage data and insights, and develop regional tools, focusing on speed and efficiency. Identify and interpret data sources, manage large datasets, create visualizations, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences. Translate business needs into functional specifications, demonstrating domain expertise and understanding industry trends. Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of products, programs, or projects through client engagement and effective program management. Partner with global teams to execute the vision, manage finances, and enable shared goals. Contribute to adopting regional solutions, driving global synergies, and standardizing processes. Work as a business partner and analyst to evaluate and improve processes and IT solutions. Create innovative solutions aligned with enterprise strategies and digital initiatives. Lead digital business and workplace initiatives, simplifying solutions for a mobile workforce. Maintain project dashboards, provide weekly status updates, and manage project issues and dependencies. Identify, pilot, and deploy emerging technologies in collaboration with teams. Provide technical and project leadership, building expertise in modern tools. Adhere to project management standards, including Agile & FastWorks methodologies. Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Lead and manage onshore and offshore IT teams and vendors. Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, OR an Associate’s degree with at least 13 years, OR a High School Diploma with at least 15 years of experience. Desired Experience
Knowledge of shop floor applications (e.g., MES, vouchering) Experience with interface and data conversion tools (Oracle Fusion Middleware, Webmethods, Informatica, SOA, BackOffice, ODI) Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Proven ability to lead change PMP Certification Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent The compensation package includes a base salary range of $127,900 to $213,200 USD annually, discretionary bonuses, and equity options.
