DOM -DoIT is seeking an experienced Drupal developer for its Digital Experience (DX) team to design, develop, test, and maintain Drupal websites, along with creating and integrating Qualtrics forms.
The role involves managing a large suite of citizen-facing websites supporting State initiatives, working closely with the DX and Qualtrics teams, stakeholders, and leadership to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities include advancing initiatives like accessibility remediation, search enhancement, readability, customer experience analytics, and chatbot technology.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and approve site updates.
- Test and ensure all website features work across devices, browsers, and environments.
- Provide Drupal support via Acquia and plan Drupal upgrades.
- Migrate and archive website content, forms, and data.
- Develop custom themes for Drupal sites as needed.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
- Apply core, module, and security updates.
- Support the Qualtrics platform, designing surveys, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate on survey design and data collection strategies.
- Implement customer experience analytics.
- Train users and content editors.
- Integrate third-party technologies.
- Remediate accessibility and readability to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
