We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing research strategies to understand the needs of the DLA Enterprise through various data collection techniques, including focus groups. This role requires a strong ability to represent the needs of the DLA Enterprise, functional customers, and other government stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle, from discovery to design validation and customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement research strategies to gather insights on user needs and preferences.
Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and define user roles and experiences.
Represent the interests of the DLA Enterprise and stakeholders during the design process.
Create and maintain UI/UX standards for the DLA Enterprise.
Develop design prototypes in coordination with architects and application developers.
Engage in the design lifecycle, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in designing user experiences and interfaces.
3+ years of experience designing UI/UX for ServiceNow.
3+ years of demonstrated experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD).
Required Certifications
ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
