Responsibilities
- Perform all opening and closing duties as directed
- Responsible for recording all hours worked
- Review and act upon all email and MAPP communications
- Reinforce and drive all aspects of an exceptional guest experience at every touch point
- Assist customers in the studio when Interior Designers are not available
- Drive a guest-focused atmosphere and ensure the highest level of service utilizing our selling model
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge
- Maintain operational and reporting standards
- Promptly resolve guest concerns
- Perform proactive follow-up with guests before and after sales and delivery
- Support Interior Designers and other Operations Assistants
- Participate in weekly meetings and reviews
- Coordinate with Visual Manager and Operations Assistants on merchandising and inventory
