Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Executive with extensive experience in high-end home audio/video integration. This role requires a polished, proactive professional with deep technical knowledge and a passion for creating elevated client experiences. Expertise in motorized shading solutions is a distinct plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically build and expand a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct in-person consultations, uncover client needs, and present fully tailored smart home solutions.
• Close sales with confidence and precision, consistently meeting and exceeding performance quotas.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client documentation and sales records.
• Represent our company and uphold our high standards in amazing customer service and consistently exceeding expectations
• Knowledge and experience in the following: system design and installation services for full smart homes, onsite project consultations for structured cabling, centralized audio and video systems, automated lighting, security, home theatre and custom integrations

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales of high-end home A/V systems and home automation.
• Expertise in lighting and motorized shade solutions is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A motivated self-starter with the ability to independently identify, pursue, and close new business.
• Proven track record of success in a relationship-driven, consultative sales environment.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Uncapped commission structure with over six-figure earning potential
