Job Description CDtronix is seeking an experienced home Audio/Video technician/installer. We are a family-owned business located in Miramar, Florida. Some expected knowledge, but not limited to: Wiring of new and retrofitted systems in residential and commercial applications, including attic work. Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of telephone systems, security cameras, access control, and cell phone boosters. Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of smart thermostats and motorized window treatments. Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of network devices, with basic networking knowledge. Design, installation, programming, and troubleshooting of home theaters. Home automation with Control4. Assembly of custom Audio/Video racks. Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of Audio/Video components such as surround sound receivers and multi-zone audio amplifiers. Ability to troubleshoot and assist customers telephonically. We offer competitive pay based on experience, paid holidays/vacation, access to a matched 401(k), and limited insurance options. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Projects are primarily located in Miami-Dade County. Candidates must have an excellent driving record, own a vehicle, and possess basic hand tools. Gas and tolls will be reimbursed.
