Why This Role Exists
Our best customers don’t just run ads - they treat growth as a full-funnel-to-backend system. To serve them, we need someone who:
- Onboards and Activates new stores on Blend AI quickly, so they see value in days, not weeks.
- Owns Tier-1 brand relationships, running deep performance reviews that cover ad channels and factors beyond online ads that affect ecommerce site performance.
- Troubleshoots oddities in product feeds, Shopify data, or Blend’s own data layer without waiting on an engineer.

1. Account Activations
- Lead onboarding calls, configure Blend + client third party ad accounts
- Ensure tracking, pixel events, product catalogues, and audiences sync correctly
- Plan and execute launch strategies
- Run monthly “Account Health” reviews for high-value clients
- Evaluate ad KPIs alongside store metrics like AOV, CR, and LTV
- Diagnose funnel friction, from page speed to checkout drops, email gaps - you can think about things outside of ads - and provide actionable fixes
- Surface platform issues (e.g., API errors, mis-tagged UTM) and coordinate solutions
3. Technical Troubleshooting
- Comfortable working with backend databases
- Query Blend data to trace spend/attribution mismatches
- Work with product/engineering teams to reproduce and squash bugs
4. Customer Advocacy
- Turn insights into feature requests; close the loop with customers when shipped
- Share best-in-class examples in Blend’s community and help docs
- Jump on urgent Slack/ticket escalations and triage to the right squad

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years in performance marketing for ecommerce (agency or brand).
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, plus Shopify admin.
- Comfortable working with Pixels and familiarity with server side tracking.
- Fluent in growth math CAC, MER, contribution margin and A/B or CRO principles.
- Startup-grade bias toward action: you’ll happily “grab the wrench” before writing a ticket.
- Empathetic communicator who can translate data into plain-English next steps for founders.
Bonus points for: SEO, Email marketing, Klaviyo or building internal automations
