Pay: Up to $40/hr
Our client is hiring a
Junior Designer
to join their global digital design team. This group drives creative across ecommerce, email, and paid social—supporting product launches, brand campaigns, and custom experiences across global markets. What you’ll do: Design assets for web, email, and paid media (graphics + light motion) Version global campaigns and maintain visual consistency across platforms Collaborate with UX, copy, and strategy teams to align on creative goals Help execute photography direction and assist with seasonal content rollouts Balance brand storytelling with performance and conversion priorities Who they’re looking for: 1+ years of experience in digital design, ideally in retail or agency environments Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (After Effects is a bonus) Portfolio that shows strong layout, typography, and brand work Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment Coachable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative Passion for streetwear or youth culture is a plus Must be
Boston-based —this is an in-person role Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays. Seniority level
