Are you an enthusiastic and outgoing individual looking for an exciting opportunity in marketing? Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of our team by showcasing Champion Product lines acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients.

As a Field Marketer, you will schedule appointments while canvassing, at home shows, festivals or event locations as assigned. You may also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects at events. We seek someone positive, energetic, and comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Hourly Base Pay: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Approach/engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace
• Stay updated with product knowledge and promotions
• Be reliable and available consistently
• Display professional time management
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to social media and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on mobile technology

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Engage prospects proactively and consistently
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends
• Work well independently and in a team
• Stand for 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours
• Willing to travel 10%
