About The Role
- As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include: driving sales and profit to meet store targets, delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, ensuring the store is well merchandised and commercially viable, leading and developing your team, and receiving full training for ear piercing.

Qualifications - About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong math and reading comprehension skills.
- Understanding of customer service importance.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
- Physical ability to stand, maneuver, bend, reach, climb ladders, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to operate POS system.
