As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a
motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate
to help support and coordinate dynamic brand events for our clients. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and excited to launch a career in event marketing.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering successful events. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the planning and execution of live and virtual events. Supporting event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and day-of coordination. Communicating with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and resolve issues. Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, creative, logistics) to meet client goals. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure deadlines and standards are met. Managing on-site needs like guest check-in, activity flow, and troubleshooting. Collecting post-event feedback and assisting in performance reporting. Using data insights to support future event strategy improvements.
Who We’re Looking For
No prior experience? No problem — training is provided! Passionate about marketing, event planning, or brand experiences. Great communicators with strong written and verbal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments. Quick thinkers with strong problem-solving skills. Positive, team-oriented, and excited to contribute to group success. Eager to grow professionally and take on new challenges.
