Cohere is seeking a Web Developer. Join this team to support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of multiple websites supporting the Intelligence Community. You will establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, end users, and team members.

What You'll Get to Do :

1. Create, design, develop, and maintain a broad range of digital media products (e.g., interactive animations, web pages/sites, narrated visuals with video content, mobile products) to present complex subject matter to diverse audiences, including key stakeholders.
2. Apply experience and techniques to design interactive multimedia products.

You'll Bring These Qualifications :

• Active TS / SCI w / Poly Clearance required
• Experience developing SharePoint from OOTB to custom applications and UX/UI (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Online, O365), managing large lists, libraries, permissions, site structures, custom workflows, following Microsoft best practices
• Experience integrating multiple data sources to create dashboards for senior management and government clients
• Knowledge of ITIL framework, high availability, and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SSRS Report Designer
• Experience creating secure systems utilizing IC or DoD security guidelines
• Experience with DEVOPS tools such as version control systems (GitHub preferred, Subversion OK)
• Experience with software testing, documentation, and training
• Proficiency with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud, Photoshop
• Knowledge of PHP applications (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal)
• Knowledge of Section 508 compliance
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 6 years of related experience, or Master's with 4 years, or Associate's with 8 years of experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

• Experience with SharePoint migrations
• Knowledge management, taxonomy, folksonomy experience
• Experience managing web governance, policies, procedures
• Developing PHP front-end applications and applets
• Designing for 508 compliance
• Experience with SQL and MySQL
• Microsoft SharePoint certifications (MCSA, MTA), Teamwork Administrator, Power Platform, 365 certifications
• Experience developing for Azure or AWS cloud environments
• Additional Agile experience

Compensation :
