Job Summary

The Project Manager - Audio Visual is the overall manager for assigned project(s). The Project Manager ensures that all contracted work is developed, implemented, installed, and managed in accordance with the Company’s requirements, including safety, quality, management, and financial performance. All aspects of the project(s) must be carried out efficiently, focusing on staffing, materials, financial management, customer care, and delivery goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and project installation progress.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and maintain project profitability to meet company goals.
• Review job cost postings for accuracy, including invoicing, customer collections, and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues related to customer work.
• Participate in and facilitate the bid process.
• Act as the company's liaison with customer representatives.
• Create and implement process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Self-motivated, positive, professional, and capable of leading process improvements.
• Promote company culture and mission.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents.
• Ability to travel within the territory.
• Proficiency with project management systems and blueprints.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Company-sponsored American Express Card.
• Experience with trade tools listed.

Education, Certification, License, and Skills:

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in customer interface and supervision.
• Minimum of 5 years in managing commercial audio-visual projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license per company standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience and Education

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. High School diploma required.
