(Full-time/Long-term Internship)
Hours Per Week: ~35 hours/week. (9am-5pm. Flexible on working hours/shifts to accommodate classes for current students.)
Approximate Duration: May 2025 - Early 2026. (Our internships can last up to 11 months from the start date.)
Hybrid work schedule: Work 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days remotely.
Basic Function of the Position:
To assist the CTA Library in basic industry research, maintaining an industry news database and capturing consumer technology history. Opportunity to learn the basics of a research library.

- Assisting in providing basic industry research to staff and members.
- Updating and adding industry news and CTA historical information with tags and summaries to the Library's searchable database.
- Marketing the Library and archival materials.
- Time in an office or library setting preferred.
- Basic office skills with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Refined search skills on the internet and other databases.
- Organized, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using GenAI tools to support research and tasks.
- Interest in the technology industry, archival work or historical preservation a plus.
Additional Information: - Travel to CES 2026 may be required.
- PAID Internship.
