RF Applications Engineer
Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time
Kelly Engineering, in partnership with our customer, is seeking an RF Applications Engineer to support customer-facing technical solutions in RF/microwave interconnect systems. This role involves working closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions across military, aerospace, wireless communications, and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business development teams to drive design wins and revenue growth
- Interface with customers to identify needs and recommend solutions
- Provide on-site technical support and training
- Assist in quoting, cost analysis, and product configuration
- Support marketing and documentation efforts including technical papers and data sheets
- Travel: 25–40%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Knowledge of RF/microwave systems, including transmission lines and impedance matching
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
