As a Creative Director , you will develop artists’ creative visions, commission innovative partners, and bring fresh perspectives to marketing campaigns across genres. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and A&R, this role is based in Los Angeles, CA. What You'll Do Office-first role, in-office 4 days a week. Focus on copywriting, commissioning, and producing creative rollouts for singles, albums, and EPs from the HRS roster. You will set the tone for visual and creative elements. Meet with client/artist teams to understand their creative goals and develop briefs/pitches for commissioning creative resources. Stay updated on industry trends and tech advancements to innovate and elevate artists’ visions. Draft and leverage client briefs to outsource and coordinate with directors, photographers, designers, and production teams to achieve creative goals. Manage creative timelines and budgets for album rollouts. Act as a main contact for other departments within Human Resources for creative guidance and execution. Track invoices for creative hiring to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and impact within the team. Who You Are An artistic visionary fluent in video, photo, design, and production costs. Active in the creative network, with a strong sense of culture and taste. Operational skills combined with creative vision. Strategic communicator with excellent client relations skills. Appreciative of diversity among collaborators, using it as inspiration. Comfortable in client-facing roles, building trust and excitement around creative projects. Capable of managing and executing a variety of creative ideas from digital content to physical activations.
