Job Overview

Responsible for maintaining a full-time customer service position supporting U.S. Space Force operations at Schriever SFB, CO. Serves as the primary contact for in-person, phone, and online customer inquiries and multimedia service requests.

Responsibilities

1. Perform administrative tasks such as managing work requests, tracking project workflows, and compiling production data into reports.
2. Utilize Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, MS Teams, and Access.
3. Use Adobe PDF software daily for job order processing.
4. Handle occasional video and teleconference setup, including equipment power-up, system checks, audio adjustments, and camera positioning for secure and non-secure meetings.
5. Apply basic photographic skills for studio portraiture and ID product creation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of administrative experience, including answering calls, computer use, and customer interaction.
• Basic knowledge of photographic principles and camera operation.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check and obtain a Personnel Security Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for DoD security clearance.
• Relevant skills in some functional areas; on-the-job training provided.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work in an office environment, operate a motor vehicle if needed, communicate effectively, and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
