Customer Service Representative/Teleconference/Photography Generalist

Job Overview
Responsible for maintaining a full-time customer service position supporting U.S. Space Force operations at Schriever SFB, CO. Serves as the primary contact for in-person, phone, and online customer inquiries and multimedia service requests.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing work requests, tracking project workflows, and compiling production data into reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, MS Teams, and Access.
- Use Adobe PDF software daily for job order processing.
- Handle occasional video and teleconference setup, including equipment power-up, system checks, audio adjustments, and camera positioning for secure and non-secure meetings.
- Apply basic photographic skills for studio portraiture and ID product creation.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, including answering calls, computer use, and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of photographic principles and camera operation.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check and obtain a Personnel Security Clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for DoD security clearance.
- Relevant skills in some functional areas; on-the-job training provided.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in an office environment, operate a motor vehicle if needed, communicate effectively, and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
