We are seeking a collaborative Interior Designer to join our Design Group. The successful candidate will generate construction documents for projects, manage respecting brand standards, and coordinate construction interdepartmentally.

A hybrid workweek of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, if desired — promoting work-life balance

Qualifications
7+ years of interior design experience, preferably in restaurants
Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality design and strong collaborative skills
Ability to evolve designs while maintaining brand recognition and standards
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture (required)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel out of state and hold a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
