Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective and strategic reporting and analytical solutions to enable data-driven decisions.
Evaluate and present information in a manner that will facilitate clients' understanding of the results and impacts.
Manage relationships with key business partners across marketing/sales groups.
Lead large/complex reporting/analytics projects, effectively gather requirements, probe for deeper understanding, and translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Build/review complex visualization solutions, data files/extracts, and deliver insights to clients.
Develop, implement, enhance, and maintain existing data visualization solutions.
Operate independently as a self-motivated professional to produce results.
Demonstrate solid data visualization and analysis skills.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
Communicate findings clearly to various organizational levels.
Proficiency in English and written communication skills will be assessed after application.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
At least 2 years of experience with Power BI.
At least 2 years of experience utilizing SQL.
Experience with analysis, programming, reporting, and understanding data storage structures.
Ability to interpret large datasets and identify/correct inconsistencies.
Experience developing automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
Proven collaboration skills and effective communication abilities.
Availability to work Monday to Friday during business hours.
English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing data pipelines, data integration, and ETL processes.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
Skills in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques.
