Responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and intelligent user experiences across multiple platforms using a blend of traditional UX practices and AI tools. Designs human-centered interfaces for products that incorporate AI-driven features while ensuring transparency, user control, and ethical data usage. Leverages AI tools for accurate clinical data along with tools to rapidly prototype and iterate while maintaining design quality and consistency. Collaborates cross-functionally and uses real-time user insights to create experiences that adapt to user needs and preferences while contributing to our comprehensive design system. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collaborates with Product Management, User Researchers, Customers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to design AI-augmented experiences that enhance product value. Designs interfaces for AI-powered features including conversational UI, predictive elements, and personalization systems. Works closely with front-end engineers to assist in translating interactive prototypes into functional working front-end code. Communicates design ideas effectively through sketching and wireframing. Creates interactive prototypes to demonstrate workflows and specific UI interactions. Follows established standards and utilizes existing design patterns to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience, while also defining new design patterns as needed. Stays updated on industry trends and best practices for design and AI. Provides guidance to internal teams on appropriate solution designs to address critical questions. Mentors other UX Designers, sharing expertise and answering questions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
