What does a Screen Automation Producer do at Hogarth?
The Screen Automation Producer supports the Senior Technical Producer in the process and delivery of localized screen imagery to Geo Content Producers for validation. They ensure production capacity, scope control, and consistency and accuracy of localized UI across product imagery for the entire Marcom studio. The producer maintains close partnerships with various teams to track all screen automation needs and collaborates with the Senior Technical Producer on localization efforts, working with Image Content Producers, Geo Content Producers, and Central Automation teams to plan, track, and meet deadlines across multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily screen automation process, including briefing, tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and delivery.
- Partner with the Senior Technical Producer to develop UI product knowledge.
- Coordinate with Image Content Producers and Automation teams on all screen automation needs.
- Promote adoption of the automation process by understanding team needs and proposing improvements.
- Work with the UI tech team to prioritize automation needs to meet deadlines.
- Guide functional teams on imagery requests, accuracy, and approval routes.
- Support technicians, producers, and production teams to ensure success.
- Be proactive and open to new working methods.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of production experience at a creative agency.
- Extensive experience in marketing content, design, localization, and remote team collaboration.
- Ability to build positive relationships with localization producers across various fields.
- Experience guiding localization production across media types.
- Ability to adapt quickly and strategically to new information and directions.
- Enjoy collaborating with global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and tools like Quip, Box, Numbers, Keynote, Pages.
- Familiarity with client hardware and software is advantageous.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $74,000, with benefits detailed at WPP Benefits.
