Job Title: UX Designer (Dynamics)
Type: Contract (6 months, potential extension)

As a UX Designer (Dynamics), you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting solutions that simplify complexity, align with business goals, and delight users. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful, agile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and CRM Dynamics-based interfaces to solve business and user needs.
- Partner with strategists, researchers, and product managers to translate insights into elegant, data-driven designs.
- Leverage design thinking principles to rapidly ideate, iterate, and deliver lean solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered outcomes while balancing technical constraints.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs within component-based systems.
- Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms to streamline workflows.
- Measure success through quality of deliverables, adherence to timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of UX/product design experience, including hands-on work with CRM Dynamics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design, wireframing, and prototyping case studies (submit with application).
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative/quantitative data into actionable design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills: articulate, collaborative, and confident presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
- Organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
