Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Web Developer / SharePoint Architect to support our client in Norfolk, VA. This full-time, onsite role requires an Active Secret clearance. Job Responsibilities Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions. Design, modify, and implement SharePoint-based solutions tailored to client needs. Develop, test, maintain, and document custom applications and systems. Create advanced SharePoint dashboards, scorecards, and reports using built-in and custom solutions. Contribute to the design of communication platforms. Translate user requirements into system features. Support the full software lifecycle, including upgrades and documentation. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Qualifications At least 8 years of relevant web and SharePoint development experience. Minimum 4 years as a Site Collection Administrator for SharePoint 2013 or later. Experience in SharePoint content management, permissions, and user training. Proficiency in client-side development (site creation, solutions, workflows). Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SQL Server 2014+, IIS. Knowledge of SDLC, version control, testing, and quality practices. Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse organizational personnel. Certifications (Required) CompTIA CASP+, CISSP, or IAT III certification or equivalent. The role requires passing a background check and maintaining a security clearance.
