Position Summary
InEight is looking for a Content Strategist to join our Brand and Content team. This senior-level individual contributor will shape how we bring our brand and product marketing messaging to life in a variety of formats. They will also guide us in finding effective ways to re-use and deliver our content and messages in a wide range of channels. This is a great chance to be part of a marketing team that pushes itself to drive engagement and make an impact on the business.
In this role, you’ll:

Lead content strategy across multiple formats, including long-form content, webinar and speaker content, video, email, website content, and more.

Ensure high-quality content that embodies our brand voice, connects with our target audiences, and conveys compelling, accurate information about our offerings.

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to help plan and execute content that supports our integrated marketing campaigns. Bring an analytical mindset to your work.

Continuously learn about and apply best practices end emerging opportunities for getting our content in front of target audiences. In this effort you’ll collaborate with our social media lead, our demand generation team, our team working on live and virtual events, our product marketing experts, and others throughout marketing.

Work closely with our team members focused on web and SEO to take advantage of their expertise and insight.

Manage our agency and freelance writing resources with support from our traffic manager, using your excellent evaluative and editing skills.

Collaborate with in-house and agency creative resources to align design with messaging and marketing objectives.
Qualifications:

10-15 years of relevant experience; involvement with long-form content is expected, and you might also have been involved in social, customer stories, and support for speakers.

Experience marketing B2B SaaS solutions to enterprises with large buying committees

Strong editing and content evaluation skills.

A strong commitment to quality content that suits our audiences and their buying journeys with a nuanced point of view on how various content forms support marketing goals.

Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand stewardship.

The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, stakeholders, and goals.

Terrific collaboration skills and experience partnering with colleagues on and off the marketing team.

Experience and skill integrating multiple perspectives into a cohesive story.

A clear understanding of what it means to express and illustrate company value propositions and differentiators through varied content formats.

Familiarity with the capital construction industry is a big plus; a willingness to learn about it is a must.
