The Opportunity
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will oversee daily operations, foster a positive living environment, and drive financial growth. You will work closely with senior leadership to align community goals with company objectives, ensuring a seamless management process.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years in multifamily property management
- 2+ years as a community/property manager
- Experience with Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC, and Yardi or RealPage
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interact with senior executives and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Assess financial health and resident satisfaction
- Implement strategies to improve resident retention
- Drive financial growth through marketing and leasing
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Maintain strong relationships with residents and team members
- Achieve 0% rent delinquency
Job Details
- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays based on property needs
- Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
