Currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our highly collaborative, fast-paced Studio 431 Customs team. How You Contribute:

• Engineer structural and mechanical aspects of custom products, including research and safety analysis.
• Integrate design, function, materials, durability, manufacturing processes, and safety with cost-effective solutions.
• Develop accurate engineering and materials documentation.
• Assist with performance criteria, testing, and validation of solutions.
• Facilitate technical design reviews with internal and external project teams.
• Work within established timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with production to ensure project success.

Criteria for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, and project management.
• Experience in metal fabrication, cellular manufacturing, and materials used in site furniture such as steel, aluminum, and wood.
• Proven history of servant leadership, problem-solving, and providing excellent service.
• Willingness to learn, innovate, and accept responsibility.
• Ability to work as part of a team, use common sense, and build positive relationships.
