As a Sales Associate at LoopNet, you will be part of an innovative, growth-oriented company, representing sophisticated digital advertising solutions. You will develop digital marketing strategies for top property owners and brokers, building long-term, service-focused relationships, advising on product reach, and demonstrating ROI using proprietary analytics.
We provide extensive training to ensure your success, helping you gain skills in digital marketing and sales, working with industry experts, and understanding the real estate market.
This role is based on-site in our San Diego office.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data.
- Teamwork – Collaborate with colleagues across teams to increase sales.
- Industry Knowledge – Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends.
- Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support, share market insights, and provide solutions to clients.
- Conduct in-person meetings, requiring travel by car, possibly outside your local area.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in B2B environments, selling CRE, digital advertising, or related solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience building relationships with senior-level clients.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
- Access to a vehicle prior to or on start date.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and in teams.
