Job Description: Salesforce Usability Consultant

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and user-focused Salesforce Usability Consultant with a strong background in UI/UX design to support our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, is highly adaptable, and excels at simplifying complex processes into intuitive user experiences. A collaborative team player with a sharp eye for design and deep Salesforce expertise will be a perfect fit for this role.

What You'll Do:

• Report to our Resource Manager as a Full-Time Specialist, working hybrid 3 days a week from our Washington, DC office.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and end users to analyze requirements and design seamless workflows.
• Utilize tools like Lucidchart to visualize system flows and guide design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Active Public Trust Clearance or US Citizenship with eligibility for it.
• Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in enterprise applications.
• Experience with Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps).
• At least one Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator, App Builder, UX Designer).
• Proficiency with Lucidchart or similar tools.
• Experience in complex, high-demand environments with challenging stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and accessibility.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve Salesforce usability and workflows.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Document business processes using Lucidchart.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs.
• Work with teams to ensure design implementation aligns with vision.
• Share best practices for Salesforce usability and UX.
• Assist in training users to improve adoption.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and stakeholder expectations.
