Job Summary
The Promotions and Programs team delivers millions of dollars of incremental growth by incentivizing consumers to purchase, upsell, or recommend Rentokil-Terminix products. The Manager of Program, Promotions & Campaigns for specific product groups (e.g., Termite/Home or Pest/Mosquito) develops marketing campaign strategies aligned with the growth objectives of these categories. This role manages ongoing cross-functional processes, ensuring alignment across branding, creative, ecommerce, SEM/Digital, and Call Center/Sales teams for each campaign. The manager also conducts post-campaign analysis and communicates results with recommendations for improvement to enhance revenue, win rates, and retention.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing comprehensive consumer-focused promotion and program strategies for assigned product sets, aligning with Product P&L goals.
- Analyzing past campaign performance and conducting market research to optimize offers and messaging.
- Creating action plans to improve future campaigns.
- Managing continuous processes and best practices across teams.
- Leading A/B testing and experiments with paid media agencies.
- Developing campaign calendars and coordinating with cross-functional teams for execution.
- Partnering with content and creative teams on asset creation.
- Tracking campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations.
- Generating new ideas for campaign optimization.
- Managing current marketing partnerships and developing new programs for revenue growth.
Required Experience
- 5-7 years of marketing experience
- Experience in product management (preferred)
- Strong presentation skills
- Data analytics skills, especially post-event ROI measurement
- Deep knowledge of lead creation, nurturing, and management
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and planning skills
- Interpersonal skills for internal and external relationships
- Experience with cloud-based marketing software (a plus)
- Experience with Google Platform (a plus)
- Experience with consumer products and branding
- Knowledge of Email marketing, SEM, and CRM (a plus)

Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Master’s Degree (preferred)

- Communicate effectively
Visual acuity is required for detail-oriented tasks. The work environment is indoors with typical office conditions.
