Role Overview The Design team at Capital One is at the forefront of enriching our customers’ digital and physical experiences. We foster a collaborative, authentic, and diverse environment where innovation and storytelling thrive. We seek a seasoned mobile designer passionate about customer-centric, innovative mobile solutions, with extensive experience in UX/UI design for native applications.
Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer and business needs into engaging design solutions.
Prioritize portfolio to set strategy and product roadmap.
Manage shifting priorities, support product definition, and advocate for human-centered design methods.
Drive end-to-end product design, including user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity assets.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate across geographies to align on design standards and solutions.
Qualifications Basic: At least 6 years of UX/UI design experience.
Extensive experience designing native experiences for iOS and Android.
Preferred: 8+ years in cross-channel design, including web and mobile.
Experience with design systems, tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
