Compensation Range:

- Mid Level (5 yoe): $ 130k-135k 10% Bonus \n
- Senior Level (8-10 yoe): $ 150k-155,000 10% Bonus \n
Job Description:
Develop and enhance enterprise web applications using Python and AWS serverless technologies, with a focus on backend development and seamless front-end integration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Work on an internal single-page application supporting multiple company departments. \n
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality. \n
- Build and maintain microservices architecture in AWS. \n
- Implement caching and refactoring strategies to improve performance. \n
- Collaborate with a mix of on-site and offshore teams. \n
- Contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives for audiobook processing. \n
Requirements:

- Must-Haves:
\n- \n
- Mid Level: 5 years of experience \n
- Senior Level: 8-10 years of experience \n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. \n
- Strong Python development experience for enterprise web applications. \n
- Understanding of front-end frameworks (React preferred). \n
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs. \n
- SQL and NoSQL database experience (at least one NoSQL-heavy project). \n
- AWS experience with serverless technologies. \n
- Microservices expertise, including UI integration. \n
- Soft skills: proactive, forward-thinking, prompt, team-oriented, and a strong problem-solver. \n

- Elastic Search Index experience. \n
- DynamoDB or similar index search experience. \n
