Job Summary/Description:

WJHG aims to expand its market share in broadcast and digital revenue. We seek a high-level Media Executive who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excels in consultancy. This role involves identifying prospects, providing marketing solutions, and building long-term client relationships to generate revenue.

Responsibilities:

1. Research market opportunities, generate and follow up on sales leads, and manage a sales pipeline.
2. Maintain a consistent pipeline, forecast accurately, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
3. Become an expert in marketing to provide insights and build client relationships.
4. Design and deliver engaging marketing presentations.
5. Meet or exceed sales goals and manage revenue growth and retention.
6. Collaborate effectively across departments.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Preferred outside sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated, energetic, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and daily planning skills.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Gray Media driving requirements.
